We’d like to show you the end of November 2010 completely redecorated modern and exclusively furnished apartment with 39 square metres.

The equipment of this apartment is held in beautiful and warm brown colours and is harmoniously co-ordinated with accessories, pictures and carpets. The cosy living area is equipped with a coffee table and a sofa in noble leather. Two seats of it can be convent into relaxing armchairs. The living area is flood with light from the large east window.

The apartment offers a large Samsung LCD-TV with satellite television and a radio with CD-Player.

The sleeping area is equipped with a high comfortable bed and a spacy wardrobe.

Furthermore the apartment has got a east balcony with view on green and trees. A balcony table and chairs are at your disposal.

Beside a cosy dinette with 4 chairs and a sideboard the apartment offers a separate new and modern fitted kitchen. Most modern kitchen technology offers you a Cerium parboiling field with a stove/oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster, microwave oven and a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle.

The bright and yellow coloured bathroom is well-furnished with a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and a large cosmetics mirror.

In the separate entrance area there is a warderobe cabinet. An iron and an iron board are at your disposal.

At your arrival you find anything prepared: the beds are covered with bed linnen, enough towels are at your disposal and will be changed weekly.

Plus health resort tax (main season 2,25 Euros per person and night, off season 1,45 Euros per person and night). For handicapped persons according to the kind of their handicap are reduced tax fees valid. Children up to 18 years age don’t pay any taxes.

Please note that we have to calculate the final cleaning into the rental fee. Therefore we calculate the price within the final cleaning based on the number of the booked nights. For your reservation inquiry we will calcuate the price according to the requested nights.
